Since the introduction of the ABC Titanium Web Site Solution in Fall 2008, our programming team has been hard at work making improvements and additions to the Titanium platform - many based on the excellent input we have received from camp owners based on their user and customer experiences.
In addition to the many improvements and new features listed below, we are re-developing the Titanium platform in a "modular" fashion. This will allow us to create and administer fixes, upgrades and new functionality and then apply those updates to all of our Titanium sites simultaneously. This is a great improvement over the current delivery method, which requires us to "touch" every Titanium site when an update is needed. We have freed more of our time to develop future improvements (we're already working on Titanium 3.0 ) and provide you with excellent customer service and support.
Titanium 2.0 will be rolled out to existing Titanium customers automatically - and at no charge. If you are a current customer, you will receive an email with information about the new features and what has changed. We will provide plenty of tutorials and support options to help make the transition seemless.
If you are new to the ABC Titanium Web Site solution, welcome! If you sign up after the Launch of Titanium 2.0 in June, you will automatically be setup on the new platform.
TITANIUM 2.0 NEW FEATURES:
Web Site Themes
You can now choose one of six exciting new themes for your Titanium Web Site to give your site a fresh look and feel. Choose from Classic, Camo, Flow and Metal Themes in several color variations. Click here to view all themes.
Create Trainers
Camp owners will now be able to give trainers access to the Titanium administration area. Each trainer will ONLY have access to the camps and locations to which they are assigned. You will be able to give Trainers access to the information and admin tools they need for their location, but NOT to all of your sensitive web site and camper information.
Trainer Payment Options
If you and a partner co-administer your web site and calendars but have separate PayPal accounts, this option will allow you to setup different direct payment options (PayPal and Merchant Account) to any and all of your Trainers.
Create a New Admin
If you want to create a new account for an assistant who will have access to ALL Titanium Administration tools, you can now create additional Admin accounts. Keep your account secure and delete additional Admin accounts as necessary.
Create Multiple Camps at Once
If you have several locations on your site, but want to create a specific camp time for multiple locations, Titanium 2.0 allows you to create them ALL at once.
Mass Email Capability
Send a Mass Email to ALL of your campers or to a Specific Camp at a Specific time. The Mass Email tool ties directly into your boot camp database to access and send to recipient addresses. (Restrictions and Terms apply).
Simplified Registration Process
Registration is now a 2-STEP process. "Choose your Camp" and "Login" or "Choose your Camp" and "Register" are now on the same page. Once a Camper Registers, they are taken directly to the Payment Page. This represents an overall simplification of the current Registration process and is designed to eliminate camper confusion.
Secure Credit Card without Merchant Account
If you already have a merchant account and would like to collect a camper's credit card information via a secure email, you will now be able to select this option in the "Add a Camp" feature (NOTE: You will only be able to use one Credit Card option: "Merchant Account Credit Card" or "Secure Credit Card via Email" per camp as they will both display as "Credit Card").
Camp Administration Upgrades
The Add a Camp feature has been enhanced with the new embedded "Maps Link" (so campers never leave your website to get mapping information); Start and End dates now have a drop down calendar (like on the airline web sites); the simplified "Camp Frequency" feature allows you to create as many camp days/week & pricing options as you desire.
Calendar Page Simplified
Choosing your Camp and Frequency on the Calendar page just got easier. Users will now click on the Camp's Frequency (ie. 5 Days/Week - $299) and the Registration page will store that information, so that Campers don't' have to choose their Camp and Frequency all over again the next time they register.
Customized Emails
You will now be able to customize what your Registration Confirmation Emails say. You can be as specific as you want to be with your New Camper Registration Emails (perfect for campers who have Camper Welcome Packets).
Camper Management
You will now have the power to move campers from one location to another. This tool is especially helpful if you don't fill a camp and have to move or postpone it. Your registered campers will now have another camp assigned to them, so they don't have to re-register and you don't loose track of them or their continued business.
Camper Payment Confirmation
You will now have the ability to checkmark all campers who have paid via Cash or Check. This will allow you to keep track right on the web site of accounts that are current or delinquent.

Text Messaging
Send text messages to you Campers - to all at once or to a specific camp (in case you run into an emergency).
Dynamic Form Builder
Create an online form that stores entered information to the Titanium platform database. Use this valuable feature for your Pre-Camp and Post-Camp Evaluations or for any Form that you may need.
Friend Request Tool
This tool is the same one you see on Facebook. A camper will be able to enter their gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail or AOL username and password, and an email invitation will be sent to all of their contacts - A great way to increase enrollment!
Integrated PayPal Confirmation
The Titanium 3.0 application will now be able to confirm camper payment via PayPal. A camper will not be enrolled in a camp until their payment is confirmed - reducing your workload. |
