How Does it Work?
The ABC Titanium Web Site Solution was developed to give you ultimate control over your website: Add and edit Pages, Text, Photos, Camps, Testimonials, Affiliate Banners, Links and even Videos on your web site. Easily manage your Calendar and setup new camps and camp sizes. Administer your Campers registration, assessments and personal information through an online database. Note that our online registration database virtually eliminates SPAM generated through traditional email-based registration forms.
This is all made possible through our custom Content Management System (CMS). With Titanium web, you’re just a few clicks away from creating, publishing and modifying your very own custom web site.
What are the Operating System (OS) and browser requirements?
Currently, our technology supports most major Operating Systems and browsers, including Windows and Mac, Internet Explorer 6+, Firefox, Safari and Mozilla 2+.
What does the $899 Setup Fee include?
The one-time Setup Fee includes launch of your new ABC TItanium Web Site. We will create a custom logo for your camp, based on the ABC brand, for your top banner. We will also ensure that your domain name points to your new Titanium site and that all of your emails are setup on Titanium with your domain name, or will forward to your existing domain name. We will also set you up as a user for our Boot Camp Web Administration Area, where you manage all aspects of your Titanium site.
What does the $50 Monthly Service Fee include?
The Monthly Service Fee includes hosting space on our dedicated server, where your Titanium web site is hosted. In addition, you have 24/7 access to our Boot Camp Web Administration Area and Content Management System (CMS), which is used to create, publish and edit your site’s pages, text, and pictures, and Camper Management Tools.
We require a minimum contract of at least one year of hosting and admin service, which is billed as a recurring charge to your credit card on a monthly basis. By agreeing to our Terms of Service, you give us permission to charge your card through the expiration of your contract.
What happens when my first year of Titanium web service is over?
After your first year of service, we will continue to charge your credit card $50 for the Monthly Service Fee on a month-to-month basis. You can email us to cancel your membership after one year of service, if you so desire.
Can I purchase a Titanium web site and choose to host it elsewhere?
No. Our sites are integrated and designed for use with our Content Management System (CMS). In order to take advantage of the CMS, it is required that your site is hosted on the Boot Camp Web server on which the CMS application resides.
Do I need a unique domain name to participate in the Titanium web program?
No. We will automatically assign you directory space on our Boot Camp Web server with your chosen user name (i.e. www.Titanium web.com/username). However, a unique domain name can help potential clients find your site more easily. We can help you transfer or purchase a domain name.

I’ve already purchased a domain name for my company’s site. Can I still take advantage of Titanium web?
As part of our Setup Fee, we can easily forward your domain name to our dedicated server and your new Titanium web site. Please be aware that it can take anywhere from 24-72 hours for your domain name to “resolve” or point to our server and for your Titanium web site.
What if I don’t already own a domain name but would like to have one for my Titanium web site?
We recommend purchasing your domain name at: www.MyFitnessCompany.com

Do you include email service?
We currently offer email forwarding for your website. Pop3 Email configuration is also available upon request.
What is your Privacy Policy?
Boot Camp Web and its affiliates will NEVER sell or share your information with any third-party unless we are legally required to do so, or the information you have provided may be in conflict with Adventure Boot Camp, Inc. polices. From time-to-time, Titanium web may use your information to contact you regarding your current service or to keep you updated on our additional or new services we think would add value to your business.

What is your return / cancellation policy?
Setup fee, domain name purchase and other one-time charges are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your Monthly Service package after your first year of contracted service, we must receive your request in writing via e-mail or US mail. Your account will be closed with Boot Camp Web 45 days after receipt of your written notice. Your account with Boot Camp Web will be closed within 45 days of written notice by you. We will send you confirmation via e-mail.
You will be responsible for re-directing your existing domain name and server to your new service or web site.
Existing Customer:
- Notification that order has been placed/monies received.
- You will be scheduled for content migration.
- You will receive an email with your scheduled migration.
- Your website content is migrated from your current website to your new Titanium website.
- Site is LIVE.
- Notification that site is LIVE.
New & Non KC Customer:
- Notification that order has been placed/monies received.
- Your site will be setup with our standard "boilerplate" copy and photos, which you can modify.
- Site is LIVE.
- Notification that site is LIVE.
Can I accept and process payments online using my current merchant account processor?
Yes, but an extra fee of $900 will apply for us to integrate your merchant's API and setup a custom shopping cart to process payments to you DIRECTLY from your Titanium site. Note that Titanium is currently designed to process payments via the Titanium Merchant Account (in partnership with First American Payment Systems) at no extra charge. If you are using PayPal Personal, there is no additional charge. Setup is free and easy using the Titanium Admin Area. For more information, please view our PayPal Setup Video Tutorial.
But I'm already using another merchant account on my current ABC web site. What's changed?
If we setup your Silver, Gold or Platinum web site, you are probably receiving an email form with credit card via a secure Registration page, and then re-entering this information via your merchant's phone or virtual online terminal. The ABC Titanium Web Site Solution has been designed to simplify this process by allowing you to accept and process payments DIRECTLY through your Titanium site, with no need to re-enter this information, saving you time and money. Additionally, we have eliminated mail forms by centralizing all of your camper's information on your site database for easy access, sorting and downloading.
To integrate your current merchant account's API and setup your custom shopping cart, our $900 fee will apply. We urge you to consider this additional expense when comparing your current merchant to our Titanium Merchant Account solution.
What if I need custom graphic design work (i.e. advertising banners, FLASH animation, etc.) performed for my Titanium web site?
Although Titanium was designed to allow you total control over your web site, you may still need custom design to add some pizzazz to your site. We are available to do this work for you at our hourly rate of $85, with a half hour minimum. You can send your design requests to info@bootcampweb.com and we will be in touch with you.
Can I check my email via webmail?
If your email was configured as an Email Forwarding account (info@bootcamp.com gets automatically sent to you@hotmail.com or similar) then you do NOT have access to email forwarding.
If your email was configured to work with Outlook orany other POP3 mail program, then you can simply login below:

Please note that you may get a warning message about the SSL, you must Conitnue anyway. There is no problem
